RETURN POLICY OF JEWELLARYBAZAR

At JewellaryBazar, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
3. The product must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via email at jewellarybazar.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +923214733374 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Carefully package the product and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
5. Ship the product back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions. If the product is eligible for return, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be issued in the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same return process as above. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
